Five acres of Hampshire countryside surround this Grade II listed house, where rolling hills and walking routes create a genuinely rural setting. The property sits far enough from built-up areas to feel properly remote, yet country pubs and small villages are within reach for an evening out.

Moth House sleeps 16 across seven bedrooms and five bathrooms. The ground floor centres on a kitchen with an Aga and proper cooking equipment, opening to a dining room that extends to seat fourteen. A second reception room holds a pool table, record player, sound system, games console and wood burner—essentially a games hall. Upstairs are five king bedrooms, then two smaller rooms with single and bunk beds on the top floor. The five bathrooms include heated towel rails throughout. A cot, travel cot and highchair are available.

The grounds have a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue space. An electric car charging point serves the private parking for eight vehicles. Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen, towels and wood for the burner are included. One dog stays free. The house is non-smoking.
