Brookvale House is a converted granary in rural Hampshire that accommodates four guests in two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The property is yours alone, with a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook, a wood burner in the living room, and a lawned garden with terrace and outdoor seating. A pub is within a mile, and the nearby village of Barton-Stacey has a shop and further dining options. One pet is welcome.
The main bedroom has a king bed; there is also a twin room. Electricity, bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen has a dishwasher, electric hob and oven, and fridge-freezer. There is a utility room with a washer-dryer and a separate toilet. A smart TV and wi-fi are in the living room for quieter evenings. The garden offers space for sitting outside, and parking is available off-road. No smoking is permitted.
The property is positioned to reach Winchester in around 20 minutes by car, a cathedral city with shops, cafes and heritage sites. The New Forest Wildlife Park, Marwell Zoo and Paulton's Park are all within 30 to 40 minutes' drive. The nearest Waitrose & Partners is locally accessible for supplies.

My mother in law is a current resident here, we drive over three hours to visit her, she is always in her room (her choice) the staff are always pleasant and helpful, as expected it’s a busy place, there’s always activities going on, singers, hairdressers, manicurist etc. The staff are more than happy to answer questions/query/concerns. You can see that the staff have a person centred approach to care of their residents, and do all they can to assist mother in law! Even bring treats for the dog while we are there! Keep up the hard work, it is not unnoticed by us and we are thankful to have you looking after our family member.

Couldn't wait to move my father from this awful place ... Several staff members we're rude and lacked compassion , I constantly had to raise issues with the lack of care my father received. As a family we had to make sure my father had visits daily to ensure he was safe Shocking !
