About Travelodge Basingstoke
Basingstoke sits at a useful crossing point for routes across Hampshire, and Travelodge Basingstoke makes the most of that position from its Brighton Hill spot just off the A30. It's a straightforward base for reaching the town centre and surrounding attractions, whether you're passing through or stopping for a few nights.
Rooms are simple and bright, each with an en-suite bathroom, a flat-screen TV and drinks available in-room, with accessible rooms also on offer. Free Wi-Fi and free on-site parking are included, and an electric vehicle charge point is available for those who need it. Breakfast is served at the hotel, and there's a restaurant on site alongside 24-hour reception, so early arrivals and late check-ins are no trouble.
Beyond the hotel itself, a Harvester restaurant sits nearby for an easy meal out, and there are further pubs, bars and eateries within reach, along with a golf course for those wanting to fill a spare afternoon. Pets are welcome too, making this a practical choice for travellers wanting no-fuss comfort near Basingstoke's main routes.

I was on my way to a festival and this was just a stopover to sleep. The location suited me, but wouldn't be my choice to stay for a few days. An older style Travelodge without air-conditioning, but the staff had only made up the bed with sheets and there was a fan which was fine. The room was very clean. Lovely friendly staff

After searching other hotels in the area for an overnight stay, although this wasn't the cheapest, it had much better google reviews than other similar hotels, so i chanced it. We also were able to choose our room after booking which we did. It was in a good location behind a Harvester restaurant. Parking was free, just need to enter your registration in reception. Reception were very helpful (Chris), he gave us recommendations for food and helpful when we needed to borrow a hairdryer. The room was clean and tidy, just as we are used to in a Travelodge. The room was located in the separate block but was surprisingly quiet. We enjoyed a quiet comfortable night and then breakfast at The Harvester next door in the morning. We would happily stay here again.

I stayed at the travel lodge with my girlfriend. Our stay there was so unpleasant. The beds were not comfortable and there was no air conditioning in the rooms. It was hotter inside than outside. We didn't get any sleep at all. We had booked to stay the following weekend but try to cancel it and the won't refund us the money for canceling. I'd advise nobody to ever stay at this travel lodge unless you like sleeping in a suana. Will never stay at a travel lodge again.

Stayed here for 4 nights. The staff have been very welcoming and attentive. Stayed in 2 rooms, one large family and a smaller cosier room, both have been clean and comfortable. I have slept well. For parking you just enter your registration at reception (standard procedure) if it needs renewing over night the staff will enter your reg for you at midnight.
