I had a fantastic experience at Premier Inn, and a big part of that was thanks to the receptionist, Charrisa. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. Check-in was quick and efficient, and they were happy to answer any questions with a smile. Their professionalism and excellent customer service made me feel valued as a guest, and they really went above and beyond to ensure my stay got off to a great start. It's always refreshing to be greeted by someone who clearly enjoys helping people. Thank you for making my visit such a pleasant one—I would happily stay here again!

Stayed 28th Feb - Couldn't fault the hotel, all round good experience, which I'm used to with premier inn. The stay was made even better by the lady on the front desk. So attentive and welcoming, especially towards my granddaughter making special mention of her sparkly headband. I hadn't booked dinner and the restaurant was full, but she ran round to the restaurant and made a special request for a table. When we checked out, again she was so warm and made my granddaughters day. Now that is customer service and a credit to the hotel. Thank you

Stayed at Premier Inn and had a good overall experience. The check-in was quick and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was especially cosy—I had a really good night’s sleep. Everything you’d expect was there, including tea and coffee facilities and a clean, spacious bathroom. The location was average (3⭐) as there wasn’t much nearby in terms of shops or things to do, which was a bit of a downside. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options and everything fresh and well stocked. Overall, a comfortable and reliable stay. Would stay again 👍

The hotel is like most Premier Inns we have used so we knew what to expect and were not disappointed. Unfortunately, this time we were in a 33C or more heatwave. The rooms aren't air conditioned! 😵‍💫 So, it was a less comfortable stay this night. The staff recognised this. They offered ice and water in reception and had installed and set up running a room fan, which helped. The location was perfect gor our one nigh stay as we were enroute to Southampton.
