What guests say
Stayed for 1 night. Location was nice, walking distance to most anything around. The hotel provided a discount code for parking on-site ( super convenient) which brought the price from £80(outrageous) down to £30 for 24 hours which is a ok rate. Breakfast was good with all the normal things, plenty of coffee and juice options. Bar on-site was nice for drinks but we tried to order food at 2030, which is a advertised open time for the kitchen. We were told the kitchen closed a while before that, but it didn't open until 1800. So not sure if your actually able to get dinner there or not. We went to a local italian place just 2 min walk away and it was amazing so it worked out for us. The fire alarm did go off for the entire hotel at 0430, which had all of us scrambling. It went out a few minutes later but not a word was ever spoken as to why it what happened. That made for a ultimately hellish long day since i couldnt fll back asleep after that. Room was comfortable, had AC but only went down to 20c and kept flashing and turning itself off. Could use some minor updating, and better attential to detail on cleaning but we would stay again.

A really great stay The only thing that could be improved is the website that doesn’t do the hotel any favours Examples being, site suggests parking £50, it’s actually £17.50. Site says ‘breakfast baps’ its a pretty good full buffet breakfast Staff were really good throughout but the standout was Tracey. Despite very long hours, always friendly, funny and efficient to boot. Really handy location, 10 minute walk to the centre, 20 minutes to the thermal spa but good parking and a fantastic restaurant straight across the road. Rooms were really clean and comfortable Will definitely stay again

Bad service from 2 staff. The rest love dogs, care for dogs, assist dog. Two other staff,, red and boss lady, evicted us and a 11 yr child with 12 hours notice, not 18 hours due to school start time. And gave a 3rd party extortionate parking charge notice for collecting our belongings after eviction on school day. Misleading instructions and care for pet friendly hotel. Missing belongings on return from school and work, cleaning products left in our room on return from school and no cleaning had been done in our room. Report incidents to staff and nothing gets done, get told world cup football match has no sound that night due to "red". Complaints of a guest checked into a pet friendly hotel had allergies and "they" the(2 staff) hotel used that as recorded evidence that we had to leave the hotel with our dog. Honesty is best, this was our experience as a accepted guest family to this hotel after our house had a fire, eviction. Eviction 12 hrs on a school night.

The hotel is located next to a busy main road, so it can be quite noisy, and the surrounding neighborhood isn't particularly scenic or the safest. It's a little outside the city center, but it’s not too far away from the train station and there's a large supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. Something that made me quite sad is the lack of vegan and vegetarian options at the breakfast menu and the fact that there could be more fresh fruit and vegetables or other healthy ingredients offered. The room was spacious with plenty of room to move around and lots of storage space. The bed was comfortable, and I especially liked the padded headboard, which made it easy to sit up and relax. There was also a cozy armchair and a good air conditioning system that you can control yourself, although mine occasionally made some strange loud noises. The bathroom was clean, but the shower was quite small and not a walk-in shower on ground-level, which might be a problem for people with mobility issues. Overall, the hotel is clean and practical. It doesn't have a particularly cozy or home-like atmosphere, but it offers comfortable rooms and good amenities for a stay in Bath.
