What visitors say
A solid cinema with friendly staff and good screen sizes, though slightly dated in places. It wasn’t too busy when we were there, which made for a more relaxed experience, but the lobby is small and the toilets could use an upgrade.

An absolute disgrace. Paying £13.95 for a film for premiere seating for a boiling room?! Everyone was uncomfortable and one person had an anxiety attack because of how claustrophobic and stuffy it felt. We left 15 minutes into the film because I felt dizzy. The air con, I was told by a friend when I complained to her, has apparently been down for over a MONTH?! I’ll be contacting the managerial team for a full refund for the two tickets we spent our money on. Shameful! This is Bath, and this is the biggest cinema in the city. This is unacceptable and the team responsible only pretends to care about what the PAYING customers are complaining about. FIX IT!

My first time here and I found this a very good place to watch a film. Upon entering the building, Wetherspoons to the left, we were greeted by a Costa in the middle of a large atrium, plenty of seating and at the back was the ODEON. I believe there are 7 to 9 cinemas. But unsure. We were greeted by a employee who checked our tickets, guiding us to where our cinema and also pointing us where to go if we needed to purchase drinks or/and food. We walked up the staircase towards the cinemas on the next floor. Upon seeing each cinema there was a screen to explain if there was a film currently on or information when the next film showing. The seats, red ones, weren't uncomfortable, especially after a 3 hour film my back felt OK. Overall a good experience and I would love to go back again.

Very good cinema. Staff are always really polite and friendly. The place is easy to find and navigate inside. Popcorn has always been fresh any time I have ever been! I will say there are a few seating rows that are missing their letter which means a bit of problem solving to find your seat in the screen. Not a big deal really although it does cause some fuss when people arrive after the lights have gone down and previews have started
