What visitors say
Every other car park across North Wales provides ‘free parking’ for disabled users providing you park in a disabled bay and display your Blue Badge. THIS CAR PARK DOES NOT! Please be aware and park elsewhere…

Received a £60 fine - paid £8 for maximim 12 hours- over by 16 min. No leeway at all - time measured from entering car park (rather than from ticket purchase). Excessive fine considering time exceeded. When paying by card at machine no option to pay for longer than 12hours. Looking on Just park app parking possible for 24 hours and is only £8.50!

I received a PCN despite paying for 2 hours and returning in 57 minutes, appeal rejected but the fine lessened to £20 (a fine which I shouldn’t have ever received) but if you appeal this to POPLA the fine increases again to the previous level. This is, as many people have pointed out, a scheme to make money through PCNs rather than the actual parking area. I would avoid this at all costs, there is plenty of alternative parking options

Absolute scam – avoid at all costs. We paid for parking at the machine, displayed the ticket clearly on the dashboard, and followed all the rules. Despite this, a week later we received a £60 parking charge notice. It feels like this car park is designed to issue fines regardless of whether you’ve paid or not. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I would never park here again and would strongly advise others to stay away.

Other reviews mention there can be parking payment issues and unexpected parking fines.
