Very enjoyable stay! The morning after we arrived, the host introduced himself to us and we all just chatted in the kitchen for about half an hour. Not being from the area, it was awesome to have our host tell us about Belfast’s modern history and let us know about some must-see sights. The fact that the host went out of their way to stock the fridge and cupboards was a really nice surprise for us when we arrived. The location is decent, as it’s only a 15 ish minute walk to the nearest train station. One small issue however is that the walls are a little thin, but the complimentary Netflix more than makes up for that. For some reason the shower was a bit difficult to use, but it wasn’t the end of the world. Overall a very good stay, and somewhere that I would definitely go back to, and recommend to anyone else visiting Belfast.

Everything was exactly as required, clean comfortable beds, wash facilities, excellent breakfast choices, hassle free check-in, and David was lovely to talk with. Will stay again when in Belfast again.

The rooms were lovely and generally clean and the host was very friendly. The only downside to this place were the showers, they were either way to hot or way to cold. 8/10

The host was very welcoming and friendly. This accomodation was easily accessible by bus and it's less than half hour to reach from city centre. Room was neat and tidy and the atmosphere was quite peaceful. Guests are allowed to use the kitchen premises and we were provided with light foods to eat. Really happy with the experience!
