What guests say
Was in town for a conference and this hotel provided all I needed. Lots of options for breakfast and quiet rooms. The bar was reasonably priced too. There was one sock under the sofa bed which a cleaner had obviously missed, but that aside the room was clean. Staff were all helpful and kind and staying here was a pleasure. The location too was a short walk from the main station and city centre. Thoroughly recommended.

Satisfactory for a one night stay in a great city centre location - 15 minute walk to Cathedral Quarter. The price of the room was consistent with other hotels in the area but it is still a premium price. The quality of the rooms are to the standard of a Travelodge which was disapointing considering this is a Hilton. Cheap quality mattress and pillows. Basic ementies in the room. Lack of sound proofing between rooms. For the premium price of a room here this must be better. The cleanliness of the shower was really poor. The water would not drain properly so you were standing in a pool of water. Drains are clearly not cleaned reguarly so are partialy blocked with past guests hair. The shower tray had brown marks. Generaly cleanliness in other areas of the room was fine. I had to sign up to Hilton Honours to check in 20 minutes early. A strange process considering the room was ready and it was nearly 3pm. Not a great first impression or welcome. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and hot buffet was of good quality for a hotel buffet.

Close to Grand Central Station and therefore only a short bus journey away from George Best airport. Also convenient for the city centre and cathedral district. A modern hotel, clean and tidy, friendly and efficient staff. We had a good sized room which provided everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Breakfast is provided for everyone staying and it's remarkably good considering the number of people they cater for. 9am on a Sunday morning was incredibly busy but we still found a table and everything worked. We'd recommend.
