About Maldron Hotel Belfast City

Brunswick Street sits right in the thick of Belfast's city centre, close to shops, attractions and public transport links, and it's here that Maldron Hotel Belfast City makes its home. With 237 rooms, it's a sizeable base for exploring the city, whether you're passing through for business or settling in for a few days of sightseeing.

Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and the option of family or accessible layouts, with room service and in-room drinks available for those who'd rather not venture out. Guests tend to find the rooms generously sized with strong showers, though some report that maintenance can be patchy in places. Breakfast draws particular praise, with a broad spread on offer each morning, and there's a restaurant and bar on site for meals later in the day. Staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful, and a lift serves all floors, with luggage storage available for early arrivals or late departures.

Beyond the hotel doors, the surrounding streets offer pubs, restaurants and eateries within easy reach, alongside entertainment options nearby, making it a straightforward spot to explore Belfast on foot without needing to rely on taxis or transfers.

My stay in Belfast was excellent. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. I would especially like to thank Jaimie at reception, who gave my sister and me such a warm welcome and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Jaimie was always happy to assist with any questions or requests we had, providing outstanding customer service with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Their exceptional hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for making our visit so memorable!

We had a wonderful stay at Maldron Hotel Belfast. The hotel was clean, tidy, and well maintained, with all the facilities in good working order. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was very convenient for getting around the city. A special thank you to Marcus at the front desk. He was incredibly kind, warm, and funny. When we were trying to check in using the self-service machine and it wasn’t working properly, Marcus stepped in right away and helped us complete the check-in smoothly. His thoughtful service made a big difference after a tiring journey, and he genuinely improved our impression of Belfast as a whole. Highly recommended!

Our family really enjoyed our 3 day stay. Booking was easy and staff could not have been more helpful at every stage up to confirmation. Communication was excellent regarding the booking and online check in meant that our room was ready when we arrived. We really valued that as we had 3 children in the party and this enabled us to let them relax prior to sightseeing. Breakfast was well stocked with plenty of choice and fresh food. Reception, breakfast and bar staff were all very pleasant, welcoming and efficient. This was our first stay in a Maldron Hotel. We will definitely be back.

Stayed here from Wednesday here until tomorrow our card key wouldn't work for the rook we paid for they upgraded us no extra fee for all three nights to the executive room. The place from start to finish is beautiful! The atmosphere close to the city centre. The girls at reception including bar and resteraunt staff are an absolute delight and would do anything to help! There's two lovely ladies one with dark brown hair another we lady who is so accommodating (all the staff are just fantastic as well) will definitely be back not to mention the food I've never tasted anything as nice ! Out of this world especially the steaks and blades of beef plus the prices aren't that bad either ! You near enough could live in the hotel as a holiday itself instead of going around the city the staff are a joy you will go a long way to find anyone as nice 👍 thankyou for a beautiful stay guys !
