As we arrived via plane and train, this was so conveniently located for both Belfast Grand Central station and for walking into the city centre. Our room and surroundings were very clean and comfortable and breakfast had plenty of options. The staff create a really good vibe here - very warm, welcoming and helpful. The only down side was a new computer system that staff were still getting to grips with due to a problem with its installation (nothing their Irish charm couldn't smooth over). If we ever return to Belfast, we will be sure to book Holiday Inn Belfast City again. Many thanks to all involved for such an enjoyable stay.

We really LOVE this place. It's only a 5 minutes walk to the Grand Station where we took the Aircoach to do a day trip to Derry...and where we get the train to/from Dublin. It is about 15-20 minutes walk to the main city center but it's not too bad of a walk. The staff are very nice, helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean and the bed is SUPER COMFORTABLE! The dinner was awesome! Was much better than we expected. Better even than most of the pubs we've gone to. Paid also for breakfast on our last morning and it didn't disappoint. There were a lot of options from hot foods (ham, eggs, sausages, pancakes, etc) to cold (yogurt and cereal) and pastries. The only minor whine I have is I wish they have coffee available in the room. The staff downstairs was nice to offer me a free coffee one morning I went down....but it would be better if they have coffee available in the rooms instead.

We stayed for 5 nights over February in a family room. The hotel has a nice feel about it with a constant buzz around the Reception, bar and restaurant. The family room was a decent size for the price and we were comfortable. Rooms were serviced very promptly every day. The breakfast selection was really good and we ate a lunch in the hotel once with a nice broad menu. Just be sure to check which meals the "kids eat free" policy applies too. We saw many eating dinner every night but we wanted to try other restaurants while we were in Belfast. The staff were all very friendly and professional which really added to our stay, overall a great team and a lovely stay.

I stayed at this hotel for seven days and had a wonderful experience. One of the biggest highlights was the people. Everyone—from the restaurant staff to the front office team—was warm, friendly, and always willing to help. A special shoutout to Masha, who was always there whenever I needed anything. She went out of her way to help and made my stay even more comfortable. Cheers to everyone at the hotel, especially Aodhen McVeigh, Joao, and Aodhen. You all made this a fantastic place to stay. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
