What visitors say

Hackney City Farm is a lovely community space and a great place to escape the busy city for a while. It’s nice to walk around and see the different animals like goats, chickens, and donkeys. The farm feels welcoming and relaxed, and it’s clear that the animals are well looked after. It’s a good spot for families with kids, but also enjoyable for adults who just want a calm place to visit. The gardens and small paths make it pleasant to explore, and the overall atmosphere is friendly and peaceful. Definitely worth a short visit if you’re in the area

We did our corporate volunteering day here, and we had so much fun cleaning the muck and interacting with the animals. You can buy their products (eggs & bread); there's also a refill station. The cafe is quirky and serves really tasty food.

Wonderful place! I can’t believe I haven’t been visiting more frequently! Great gardens to relax and read a book, nice cafe for food and coffee, nice shops and atmosphere! Don’t forget you get to see wonderful animals and the people looking after them

It’s a lovely farm to visit with your kids ❤️ The animals are friendly, it’s a bit busy on Sundays. It’s really nice to have the ducks 🦆 and chickens 🐓 wandering around instead of being locked up in cages. DO NOT FEED THE ANIMALS!!! ⚠️
