The room was small and windowless but exactly what I needed for one night's sleep in London. Apart from a missing TV remote, the room was wonderfully equipped, comfortable and convenient. The towels were large and soft, and there was coffee and free water. Even though I was slightly early for my check in, Zane was incredibly helpful and got me into an available room. Great service from him. I didn't have breakfast as it seemed expensive. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

Within the hotel, just a 2-minute walk from the metro station, we find an excellent place for drinks and food for hotel guests and other visitors. The wet buffet and buffet table have a very rich and varied assortment. Everything is hot or cold enough, prepared from clean fresh products really according to the rules. All necessary accessories and dishes are provided. The service rooms are clean, equipped with everything you need. It is a pleasure on rainy London days to get a suitable umbrella here..., all the needs of the guests are definitely thought out. The staff is expeditious and extremely polite and kind. I recommend it to everyone!

This hotel surprised me positively! I booked it through booking, it was the cheapest stay I could find for the needed night in a centric area. The position is amazing, with the tube right near it, the reception staff was so sweet and let me check in a little earlier. The room was perfectly tidy, comfortable and small in the coziest way, I loved the bed nested in between the walls and the TV worked amazing for movie night. Looking forward to staying again, honestly

This hotel is great if you set your expectations appropriately. Yes, the rooms are small and efficient. However, you can clearly see this in the photos from their website. Two of us stayed for 6 nights, and we found it to be more than comfortable. The daily housekeeping was good, the staff was pleasant, and the location is great. For a hotel that is a fraction of the price of other London hotels, we would absolutely stay here again.
