Lovely pub! One of my favourites in the East End. A cosy, chilled atmosphere, proper pints and friendly staff. It also has a delightful beer garden. So perfect for those of us who cannot enjoy a pint without a fag!

I booked the function room upstairs for my work baby shower and I'm really happy with how it turned out. I was looking for an easy going pub for a Monday afternoon with nice staff and nothing too fancy or expensive. The room can hosts up to 60 people and I was free to come at any time and stay there all day if I wanted. There is no kitchen so I could bring the food from outside, drinks from the bar of course and I came earlier to set up the room. The staff was really nice, also helping setting up the music with the speakers etc... We all had a good time! Thanks The only thing, I couldn't find a phone number or email to contact them for some questions so I had to pop in again before the event.

There was a wicked and tentative security man there called Fas, he really went out of his way to look after my group & our belongings including my enchanted ring. The music was amazing, only thing I will say is that playing the news on all the big screens can become a bit unnerving when you are trying to let loose (especially in the current state of world affairs) but it was quite amusing to match the song lyrics with the horrifying news headlines. There’s also a really sweet Liverpudlian who works behind the bar. All round lovely place - lots of friendly old school East Enders that make you feel welcome :) love you old Georgey boy!

What a great pub. They dont bother with the hassle of serving pub food so let you bring your own in to go with your drinks. The only pub I have eaten KFC and pizza in. Great beer and great atmosphere. Good for Arsenal fans!
