The VIP seats in Screen 3 are absolutely shocking. Not only are they in poor condition, but they also smell as though someone has urinated on them. For seats that are supposed to offer a premium experience, this is completely unacceptable. The cleanliness and maintenance standards are clearly lacking. I was extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

We went to see the Michael Jackson film today. The staff as always, were lovely. Very helpful, very friendly. Tony went above and beyond, and made my daughter’s day. Thank you again Tony! The cinema was lovely and clean. A very good afternoon spent. Thank you!

They turned the once-great arcade into some staff-room. Painted evening grey as well. At least I think it was grey. It didn't hold any wonder, as a cinema should. It's sad to see this temple of memories undergo atrophy. The prices on the website for a film said £5, then when I went to book on the day it was £25.
