About Premier Inn Birkenhead Town Centre
Sixty-seven en-suite rooms across five floors make up Premier Inn Birkenhead Town Centre, a straightforward base on Conway Street built for getting into the city without the city-centre price tag. The Mersey Tunnel is close by, putting Liverpool's centre and waterfront within easy reach, and Birkenhead Central is nearby too for those travelling without a car. Football fans will find Prenton Park handy as well.
Rooms come with air conditioning, drinks available, and accessible options for those who need them. A lift serves all floors, and reception is staffed around the clock. There's a restaurant on site serving breakfast, useful for an early start or a lazy one, and an electric vehicle charge point for those driving electric.
Parking is available at the rear of the hotel, though it's chargeable rather than free. Beyond the hotel doors there's fishing nearby, a pub or bar within walking distance, and other entertainment options close at hand, making it a practical stop whether you're passing through or staying a few nights.
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its spacious rooms featuring good showers and the tasty breakfast and dinner options available. The exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff are also frequently highlighted for their helpfulness and for going above and beyond for guests.
Some reviews mention the rooms can be poorly maintained.
