Stayed here for 3 nights. What a great hotel and fantastic location for your days in Liverpool. Rooms are well kept and everything you need including an iron and ironing board. Breakfast is included and great choices from continental to full English breakfast on a buffet style. Staff and warm and friendly and always willing to assist. Our room was very hot due to the weather and position of room we requested a sheet instead of duvet this was done also a fan. Positioned on Albert dock gives a great location for visiting museums and only a five minute walk from Liverpool one shopping centre. Will stay here again on our next visit.

Lovely location and hotel in a beautiful old building on Albert dock surrounded by views, and plentiful bars, cafes and restaurants and a short stroll into the town centre. The staff were all welcoming and friendly but special thanks to Sophie on reception who we are so grateful to for helping us secure a room and early check in having been badly let down elsewhere. She went above and beyond and we truly appreciate it and she even remembered and checked on us the following day. Room large and clean great shower and a fan which was a welcome addition. Breakfast was also a great start to the day again friendly staff and fresh and delicious. Thank you ☺️

Had a lovely 2 night stay.20-22/06/26 Fantastic dock and river view. Great breakfast. Lovely and friendly staff. Whilst taking a picture of the boats on The Mersey, my card-key had stuck to my phone, when I pulled it my phone out of my pocket, my card-key landed in The Mersey! The very kind receptionist, replaced it. The evening of 21/06/26, the bar staff (was a late one), were lovely and attentive, despite a lady (customer) mistaking me for staff; she thought staff were sat on their arse, drinking beer and watching the football 😅..it left me wondering what staff have to deal with. I'm now thinking of a career change! Thanks for the memories and service x

Had a great stay here this week. I absolutely loved the building! The room was very spacious and had a great view. I had a great night's sleep and it was very quiet compared to city centre hotels in Liverpool. Breakfast was fantastic quality and much better than rival chains. I will definitely be returning here!
