Great location, lovely hosts both Cat and Damon that delivered a nice breakfast every morning. Cat was particularly chatty which is always good when you are hosting and gave us the heads up on places to visit. Thank you both our nephew enjoyed his breaky each morning. See you again soon

We have had a fantastic weekend at this hotel, Kat the hostess was out of this world nothing was to much trouble and she would do anything for you, the breakfast was outstanding and service 1st class, the room was lovely everything was stop on, we will definitely be going back soon. Thanks again for making our weekend special x

A stones throw from the main drag but far enough back so that it is quiet. Lovely hosts who couldn't be more helpful and welcoming. Rooms are clean, comfortable and the en suite was great. Parking on front is limited but we called ahead to let the owners know and they were amazing. Breakfast made to order and was STUNNING. Tea, coffee, OJ in abundance and whichever eggs you fancied. Not too crowded and quiet place too.

Great hotel, we return every year. It's very clean and the hosts are lovely people. In a great location for the Blackpool attractions, all of which are a small walking distance. Breakfast is fantastic, can't wait to return.
