So I stayed at this hotel over bank holiday weekend in may. The pictures of the hotel looked really nice. But when I arrived there the room was not the same as the pictures. I was told when I booked in thaty room did not have a TV as it was broken. The room furniture was all broken and bed had hair on it. From someone else I then spoke to the man who was ment to be the manager. And the room about the bed and how much of a mess it was. Wall paper hanging off the wall. It was really bed. I was told when I called up to get my deposit back y did you not say these things when I was there. But like I told him I did he was just horrible on the phone. Told me this is Blackpool and you get what you pay for. Where can you find I hotel on bank holidays for £90 it tuck them fore me to ring up for the deposit. As they did not have my details even though I paid with card.that even tuck me twice after calling them to sort this matter out.. I did also ask for money back for the room as it was not up to standards. And I also did not have a TV shower did not work and had to ask them to have a look at it to witch they did not do. My weekend was ruined because of this. All hotels was booked up and we had to stay to the Sunday morning to witch I could not do I called me mum to come and get me as I could not stay in the hotel after finding bed bugs on the mattress. Please do not stay here it's really bad I would not even give this place 1 *

My husband and I had a very comfortable stay during a work trip here, and the concierge was particularly accommodating and kind. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was hot. Perfect :)

Wouldn't stay again, bed was uncomfortable, TV was unwatchable because the signal kept breaking up, and in every room as well because I heard the other guests complaining about the TV, and noise travelled through the hotel like a microphone, the room was average clean with dust on the wardrobe which got on your clothes. However the shower and taps were hot and the hotel was in a good location close to the town centre and bars and Blackpool tower., and was only £115 for 3 nights, maybe I was expecting to much for the price.

I definitely would NOT even give this hoteL even one star. THERE WAS A DEAD MOUSE IN THE ROOM!! I contacted ENVIROMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT! The smell of the room was just horrendous. The man was so rude and quite aggressive we felt very uncomfortable around him. When I told him about the issues in the room he did nothing about it! It was like he didn't care and he just seemed very angry the hotel is just plain dirty as it is. This is how the toilet was like when we entered the room disgusting. The sink is so close to the toilet. All the rooms are like this. How on earth do you expect guest to fit through the gap. The man tries to take a deposit of guests to not give it back after to pretend they did damage to the property so you don't complain about the hygeine they are con artists. Stay at your own risk.
