Stayed here for our hen party. Place is ideally situated to everything.the rooms are a great size for groups but the place is in desperate need of some refurbishment. Most of the beds are broken and wallpaper peeling off. The lighting could do with updating and more plug sockets where mirrors are. Needs a woman’s touch. Would be nice if there was a lounge area to relax in although the bar is well stocked and if he doesn't have it he will go out and get it for you. John is lovely and very helpful and accommodating. Can’t do enough to help you and friendly and chatty.

Perfect Hotel for what you need. Fabulous host, John cant do enough for you, little bar with pool table that he's happy to open and a really central location. Rooms are clean and have all you need to get your head down for the night. Stayed many times and will stay many more.

John was a great host, 247 bar and free pool table. Yes the rooms are a little bit on the small side but you get what you pay for. Great stay had by all and would stay again as a group.

John and Louise were fantastic hosts! Stayed 22nd Sept fir 2 nights for my hen party group of 9 girls , rooms could do with a little updating even just the beds. All 9 girls had a brilliant time.
