Firstly , there is no bar at the hotel but they only tell you that once you have booked your room. There's rarelt anybody available at reception. The corridor upto the room constantly stunk of smoke. The room itself was a reasonable size but was cold , damp and dirty. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and dirty bedding. The bathroom was small , very dated and veey dirty. I would not stay here again and I wouldn't recommend it either

We stayed at the butterfly for one night as a last minute trip. The deal stated there there was a bar and a pool table ect, the pictures looked lovely. HOWEVER when we had our confirmation, AFTER WE PAID, (which is non refundable) it said the bar was not open which we were very disappointed in! So straight away that was false advertisement! The room we stayed in was very very basic and not homely at all. The floors were dirty and the bedding looked / smelt like it hadn't been changed (which did make me feel quite uncomfortable)..when you pay money based on what you read and see you expect it to be what it states and that was not the case. We would 100% not stay here again.

Can honestly say I’ve never had the experience I have with these ladies. They were so friendly and helpful. No request was ever too small for them and they went out of their way to make sure the hen and the rest of the party had a great time! Bar decorations and room decorations were spot on!! Absolutely loved it. The room was a good size and the shower was good too. Absolutely spotless. The bar was well stocked, until we left 🤣, great music and even took requests! Sam and Michelle were up for a laugh and just made the experience even better! Can’t wait to come back!

Had a wicked weekend at the hotel the staff where amazing and really welcoming !! The rooms where standard but for the price could not moan at all. Great bar and games room, would definitely recommend a stag do here !! Thanks again until next time 😉
