We have already booked to come back because we have had a lovely stay. Dawn & Dave can't do enough for you. Breakfast is great served by the lovely Judith and is personalised to what you like. The fried bread even comes in shapes! Rooms are comfy and great value for money. Local is perfect right behind the tower. A great place to stay.

We have just spent the weekend here for a dance comp and I cant recommend enough. It was so lovely to come back from the comp to a clean and comfortable room and amazing hospitality. You won't find anywhere better to stay in Blackpool! Definitely our go to place now and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed her packed lunch 😋

Been coming to this hotel for years even when it used to be owned by Tony & Ann! The new owners are great too! Great family home to home feeling. Excellent breakfast and great location. Can't wait to return later in the year 😁

We had such a lovely stay! Dawn, Judith and Dave were all very friendly and attentive making our stay very comfortable and special. Breakfast was great too. We would definitely go back!
