We had a lovely stay at the Franklyn hotel last night. Cath, Mark and Lorraine were so welcoming and really looked after us. The hotel was clean, with good attention to detail, from the lovely bedding to the little shower gels and soaps ect. There was also a selection of teas and coffee by our bed. Breakfast was first class and really set us up for the day. Only a few minutes walk to the town centre, Blackpool tower, beach, winter gardens and shops. Really enjoyed our visit and would definitely return.

The owner was so welcoming and so nice.The hotel is super clean. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. Our room got dressing gowns and sleepers for the four of us.everywhere was super clean. The breakfast was lovely and the setting was perfect. I cannot find fault anywhere. The host is loving and caring and we really enjoyed our stay and we definitely coming back

Just home for spending 2 nights in Blackpool, the Franklyn really is a secret gem, the place is clean and comfortable, breakfast was top quality produce and cooked perfectly. I can’t complain about a single thing during our stay here and we definitely would not hesitate to book here again. The owners are fantastic people, Cath made us feel very welcome each morning and was very attentive to make sure we had everything we needed. This place deserves to be on the map, these people work hard within their business and I feel this definitely shows!

Just stayed at the newly refurbished franklyn hotel and wow! What an amazing stay. From the amazing quality bedding to an outstanding breakfast. Marc and Cath couldn't do enough for us - service and hospitality second to none. Great locations close to all amenities. Can't wait to come back!
