On arrival we were greeted by Malcom who is so friendly and very welcoming the ground floor of the hotel was very clean and kept to a high standard we were giving our keys are Room was spotless with an array of teas and biscuits the shower was also very clean the bed itself was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in, the location is right near the centre of Blackpool which is perfect if your planning to site see there is also a bar inside and very nicely priced, I would recommend to stay here to anyone and very cheap for such a fantastic establishment will be staying here again in the future. very friendly owners great value fantastuc clean rooms made sure well sticked with loo roll tea and coffee and sugar malk and mandy the owners were very helpful and very welcoming the much we booked another week in feb 2026 would deffinstky recomend the hotel to my frends and family and hope to stay there many times
