What guests say
I'll start with the positives: the hotel was in a good location, 10min walk from the train station & located right on the front. The staff were all really helpful, nice welcome on the reception desk & the lady who worked on the ballroom bar on the evening was amazing. The room was spacious & clean & tidy, beds comfy & bedding clean. Free tea & coffee facilities were ample. Negatives: we booked a family room, but bizarrely there was no fridge! The room had a walk in closet space where a small fridge could have easily fit, so very strange that there wasn't one. There was a singer on both nights we stayed there & due to the hotel being old, the walls must have been very thin because we could here the singing in our room on the second floor, which kept us awake. The room was also very warm! A fan was provided but we couldn't keep that on when we were trying to sleep. We had breakfast the Sunday morning & it was a really ousy breakfast, most ingrediants was very standard & the service from the waiting staff was a bit on the lacklustre side, apart from the older lady who showed us to our table, she was funny & polite. Overall, not an awful experience, just lacking a bit in some areas of finer detail. Two night stay £273.00 for four people in a family room (we paid an extra £20 for early check in).

I was a bit unsure about this particular hotel, when booking details came through from bookings.com it was not what I booked a phone call later to the hotel everything was put right! Upon arrival the hotel was clean and welcoming and the staff was friendly and polite the room was just right for a family it was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The restaurant breakfast was very good and had all we needed, was able to take food to our rooms. Met some lovely guests who had been at this hotel a few times and had great things to say, also met another couple who had left another hotel to stay here! Live music was an added bonus and all attractions were close by! Had a fantastic two nights stay! Will definitely book here again in the future. Thank you 🙏

Me and my wife had our wedding here and it was absolutely perfect. The staff were lovely, the variety of service was excellent, the food was fantastic and the entire place totally blew us both away with how amazing it was. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The function rooms for our ceremony and reception were fantastic. And our host and DJ should be applauded one thousand times over for their efforts. They made the day and night perfect for us both. They deserve every ounce of praise they get and tons more. 100% perfect and would absolutely choose this place for any venue or stay in Blackpool. Cracking job, everyone!

Location great for us as just out of busy part of town, so a little quieter. On the tram line. 10 mins walk to the tower. 15 mins on tram to Pleasure Beach. Staff friendly, helpful and did their best to make sure we were happy on our holiday break. Hazel at breakfast was a lot of fun to talk to and sorted out breakfast very well. Initial room we were in was very small for the 5 of us (although it did have a crazy big wardrobe, that should maybe have been part of the actual room). The sofa bed wasn't really up to the job of sleeping two older kids. But the nice manager did his best and managed to find us a slightly bigger (and much cooler) room for our second night here. Thanks.
