About Pine Lodge Hotel

Havelock Street sits close to the heart of Blackpool, a short distance from the Tower and Pleasure Beach, with the seafront, its watersports and entertainment within walking distance. Pine Lodge Hotel makes the most of that position, offering an adults-only base for visitors who want to be near the action without staying right on the front.

Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, comfortable beds, free WiFi and tea-making facilities, and breakfast is included to start the day. There's a bar on site along with 24 hour reception and luggage storage, useful for early arrivals or late departures. Some rooms have been noted as a little tired, so it's worth setting expectations around comfort rather than polish. Staff are consistently described as friendly and the overall price is considered good value.

Beyond the hotel, the surrounding area offers golf and fishing for those wanting a change of pace, plus pubs, restaurants and cycling and walking routes nearby. There's no parking at the property itself, so anyone driving should plan for this in advance.

Great location if you are going to Blackpool Tower. On street parking on neighbouring streets available (Mon to Sat I think 10 until 6 limited to an hour for free afterwards free worth checking). Staff friendly. Well stocked for tea / coffee / toilet paper. Great price (just over £35 / night; March 2026) double room with en suite. Smells a bit of smoke & pipes are quite loud, some of the decoration is a bit worn, the surrounding area could do with a cash injection but that is not in the remit of this hotel. If you want a centrally located hotel in Blackpool for a night highly recommed.

My mum stayed here recently, she had a lovely stay. Excellent management. Made my mum feel welcome, really nice friendly people. She didn't want to go home. Nice room. Good facilities. Would recommend a stay here. Good location too. Overall 5 stars

Worst hotel ever ! Reviews seems like wrong and bunch of lies !! Pictures of the hotel are totally wrong as well !! They don't match in actuall stay . The pictures are old as there is no dinning room in the hotel but you can see in pictures !! Most worst of it all is it says NO SMOKING on every door but in billard room everyone smokes cigarettes and Weed openly which ruins the fresh enviroment of the hotel !! Utterly disappointing and not worth the money even though it's cheap price rate !!! If it says NO SMOKING they should make it so otherwise writting it down is just a mere formality !! Which is utterly upsetting ..weed smell was coming in the room as well . Need to open window all night and then all the noise started coming in !! Totally a lie about their rooms as well !! The room is just okay not bad but you can hear every kind of crap noise from the windows not noise proof windows like double glazed !!! Worthless nights if you are not a fast sleeper !! Too much noise in the morning if some one is chatting on your floor , no one cares about not distrubing the guests staying there !! Bathroom door was not fixed well and was broken, you won't get any privacy from such a door . It's a sliding door so it won't stay open unless and untill you hold it by yourself which was pathetic !!! It sounds loud at night so it was very disturbing if someome is sleeping .!!! It pushes outside and upward which was very very bad and don't matches the pictures at all. No respect for privacy afterall ! I went with a friend so it was not at all private bathroom !! MOST of all you will find no one in the property to help you at night with central heating or anything else !! No one was present on the reception desk ! The number for helpline does not work either , goes on a voicemail !! To press bell for help also does not work at all !! So ultimately you are stranded alone completely on your own !! If they are there you can get help , if they leave which no one knows when they leave or come in you won't be able to get help. Would not book this hotel ever again . Very very bad experience based upon lies and false pictures of the ROOMS , BATHROOM AND INSIDE OF THE LODGE ITSELF !! Got some pictures of the corridor and bedroom though .. Hope this helps .

My boyfriend and myself arrived on Saturday and the hosts Mandi and John were very friendly and obliging and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They are both very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be staying here again. We have booked to stay here again next May for the week. The room was great and it was ideal for what we wanted. The price was great too. We found a multi storey carpark that was a 5 minute walk and for the week it only cost us £42 for the week. It was safe and secure. So we had no worries. We had a brilliant stay at the Pine Lodge Hotel. We will definitely be staying at this hotel when we come in the future as its only a few minutes from every where you need in Blackpool 👍👍👍
