A budget guest house but 5 star service. Much nicer than other guest houses we've stayed in at Blackpool. Great location for bars, shops and restaurants and a few minutes walk from the beach front. The owners were friendly and helpful and we felt like part of the family. Great little bar area and outdoor seating that catches the sun. Highly recommended.

Great little place. Everything you need for a short stay. Great location and a really warm welcome. Breakfast was good, simple and served fresh. Bedrooms are clean and big enough to cope. Our room needed darker curtains to block the light better, but we spoke to the owners about this and they are addressing it. Will definitely stay again and would highly recommend. For what the charge is to stay here, no complaints at all thank you.
