Sam Residence Hotel

There were literally fleas on the toilet roll and in the room which the staff did not apologise for. There was no help with parking locations and the place had an awful smell too! The cleanliness wasn't acceptable and the place should definitely cease to exist. Checked out after 5 minutes of arriving.

this place is absolutely dreadful, me and my girlfriend arrived around 9am, we tried to see if any staff was in sight so we can put our bags behind reception and no one could be bothered to come to the door for over an hour. My girlfriend kept on ringing up and no one was answering until someone eventually answered. Turns out it was someone that wasn’t even working in there. Eventually, an Asian man came to the door and is awful for communication. He was so arrogant and rude he was looking at us like we weren’t supposed to be here. So he gave us the room keys to Room 7 and OMG 💀 the pure state on that room is a joke. The smell of mould is horrendous, not to mention mushrooms growing out the walls, the wallpaper falling down, the toilet mirror was slanted and one screw was missing from the wall. We went downstairs back to the guy and he put us in room 9, even smaller, couldn’t even swing a cat in here. The bathroom wall had mould all under the window and the shower was dirty. We are considering leaving this place not to mention it being NON REFUNDABLE which is a disgrace. Never coming here again, the guy downstairs is a jokeman.

if there was a choice for zero star then thats what i would of chosen !! literally came to Blackpool with my partner just to have a nice chill time near the beach watch the sunset and get some fish and chips, a very rare child free night, for the same price we could have chosen a premier inn however thought it was close ish to the beach and the photos looked decent, the photos do not reflect the room at all. There was damp and mouldy mushrooms growing from the ceiling, the shower and toilet i would not have used, there was a awful smell also. It was that bad we did not stay there we came back home instead after a couple hours on the pier and beach. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY AVOID HERE

Upon arrival door says to ring bell. Waited 10 minutes and no one appeared. Opened what was supposed to be a secured locked door and went to the reception desk. Where it asked me to ring and wait for assistance again. Rang and waited another 15 minutes. Then a non staff member who stated that she didn't even work there was sent by management I assume and gave me my room key. The photos online look nothing like what the rooms do now. They are outdated and filthy. I lifted up the blanket and someone's hair still there so I know they don't clean the sheets. The free wifi is almost non existent and cuts out a lot. Their TVs aren't connected to anything and don't work. I was supposed to be there longer but after being there for the night I made other accommodations. This place is mad sketch
