Sharn bek have refused free cancellation due to a family member passing away and have said booking.com are responsible for cancellations which they are not, they send the request to sharn bek, this was unforseen and at a distressing time something I can do without, no care or compassion shown... avoid at all cost, I have disputed this and gone higher. If I could give zero rating I would.

Stayed the one night for the football. The gentleman was very helpful as was his wife when making the booking. Very welcoming and put me at ease instantly. The room was spotless and i would certainly stay here again and recomend to others. Thanks
