I wanted "propper" Blackpool accommodation an this is what I got. From arrival an meeting Sandy and Brian who were amazing hosts to the lovely rooms and amazing extra things they did. The rooms were lovely an so clean an comfortable. The breakfast was amazing an freshly cooked to order. Finally what made this place lovely were the hosts they were so welcoming an made everything brilliant. It was my daughter's birthday an the fuss they made was lovely. This hotel was amazing and so were brian and sandy. Great breakfast and everywhere was so clean and tidy. Made us feel so welcome and when we left we rebooked for our wedding anniversary.

Wonderful hosts Brian & Sandy, spotless rooms very warm & comfortable excellent breakfast nothing is too much trouble. Hotel is in a quite location but only a 5 min walk to the main road.

Lovely hotel. Proprietors Brian and Sandy made us really welcome. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Will definitely be going back.
