Lovely staff very welcoming and friendly, animals all looked happy, bigger site than you think!! The miniature railway looked interesting but wasn't in use!! Selling the tickets at the actual entrance would be more better and open it up at the garden centre i think more people would use the shop,cafe and farm better it doesn't flow right we often forget its included or move the entrance to the garden centre through the shop!!

went as a family of 4 for my nannas 91st birthday, booked the vip animal experience and the afternoon tea. had the most fantastic day with excellent service from everyone from the cafe staff, who added balloons and birthday napkins and sang happy birthday to my nanna, to the animal handler who went above and beyond giving us a guided tour through the farm park complete with facts about all the animals and letting us get up close and personal with many of the animals. would highly recommend 10/10 :)

Came for a visit on a Wednesday morning with a 1 year old and had a lovely time! We did the animal cuddling session and would like to say that Sam who was running it was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about the animals and very enthusiastic. You could tell that he loves his job and he's brilliant at it!

Beautiful place, you can tell the staff love the animals and they are so knowledgeable about them. all animals are cared for! £7 entry, extra £1 to feed the chickens which i thought was very cheap. feeding and interacting with the chickens feeding them vegetables and fruit was amazing. There are certain times to do things such as feeding and holding of the animals. I believe this is an amazing place to visit for small children, and adults with an interest in animals. Plenty of parking and definitely worth the visit!
