A nice place for a change! My son loves it and practically disappears for the whole visit. The venue is quite clean, although some of the equipment shows signs of wear. Time slots can make it busy during peak hours. Parking at the venue is small, but nearby at Council Parking you can park for free for up to 2 hours (a short walk away). The staff are friendly, and the session lasts 1 hour 45 minutes. Best suited for younger children aged 3–6. Entry is around £10. Food is a bit pricey and average.

Extortionate prices and freezing! I took my 3 yr old and 5 yr old today and was charged £23.50 just for entry, which is completely extortionate for what’s offered - especially when they don’t even have a big slide like most softplays. To make matters worse, the entire place was absolutely freezing. I had to keep my coat on the whole time and could barely feel my toes - not exactly a comfortable environment for young children. Although most of the younger staff seemed friendly, the older lady was very abrupt and unwelcoming. This was actually my second visit. I remember leaving the first time thinking this particular staff member was rude, but decided to give the place another chance. Unfortunately, I left again today feeling disappointed by the experience. I won’t be returning and certainly wouldn’t recommend this place to other families.

I really like (liked) tumble town its small and good for toddlers upto maybe age 6 --- but recently changing to charging for role play (that we don't use and don't get a choice to not pay for) I think is a wrong move and we should have the option, we won't be going back which is a shame (I did question my opinion when there but then made to feel awkward) it cost me over £10 for an hour of play (think you get upto 2hours? But we dont usually last that long) for 1 kid (and factor in food/ drinks) its just expensive for what it is.. quite disappointed 😞
