What visitors say
Had a fantastic time tubing here today! Instructors were all really helpful and friendly. My eldest son is Autistic and they were so kind and patient with him. Really great fun and great value too. We will back! Thanks so much Norfolk Snowsports.

An absolutely fun experience from start to finish. Easy to book with spaces at reasonable prices for an activity made even better with a discount they had on.. it sometimes serves to ring and speak to a person. The staff were very professional as they guide you through getting your equipment and how to safely take part in the activity. The travelator was so much as you ascended the hill and then the decent was sadly over too quickly. My kids aged 9 and 14 really loved it and got on with each other which is rare as they both focused on how they were going to go down the next hill. I loved it as an adult and parent from participating to taking footage from the bottom. There is a bar, but this is only open at certain times. I fully reccomend visiting.

Tubing party with the kids went really well for the most part! They had a fantastic time, the staff on the slopes were attentive and interacted with the party professionally, the receptionists were informative and helpful. All round a great experience and the children enjoyed themselves thoroughly!! So thank you for that. Unfortunately a lot of this (for us as parents who spent money on this service) was shadowed by the attitude of the bar lady, Galina. Despite working in a venue that is meant to be a fun filled place for all attendees, I don’t think she managed to smile once! On top of this, she obviously has an apparent dislike towards children and an aversion to them enjoying their time in a PARTY environment, to the point where she told a parent to get the kids to be quiet! Funnily enough, this is echoed by a previous comment I noticed on here from 2 months ago! It may also seem small, but after being reminded that you only got two jugs of squash free and subsequently purchasing a third…before the party had even finished (on this very hot day) , before ide even realised what was going on, she was running round the party table emptying out the new squash we had JUST purchased and taking the cups away before the kids had even finished their refills. Regrettably , this member of staff may not be the best fit for a Kids Party environment.

2 of us went tubing. We were a bit early so checked in and went up to the cosy bar which felt like a ski lodge. Warm.. great vibes.. music and great selection of beers and drinks at a reasonable price. Great service from the bar and the tubing guides were very helpful. Will definitely go again.
