Just had an amazing 3 night stay here. Could not fault it. Staff were fantastic, extremely friendly and welcoming, thank you! Room was clean and had everything we needed, with a lovely view of the water. Enjoyed days out, with plenty to do with easy access by car. Looking forward to returning..

I got a great nights sleep. Good shower with immediate hot water. Went down for breakfast which was buffet style, great food and lots available. Set me up for the day. Definitely a return to hotel.

Neat, tidy, and very very clean room - lovely refitted shower room. Never been to hotel where I can honestly say EVERY single member of staff I met was sooooo nice / friendly / helpful - the whole team that weekend was a credit to the place - well done (and thank you) to you all for making my stay so good.

Amazing views and great food. The staff are lovely and the hotel is well located for Norwich. Some great walks around there and the garden is a great place to sit and chill with lovely views especially at sunset.
