Southbourne Beach and its promenade are on your doorstep from Cliffside Beach, a second-floor apartment with two private balconies overlooking the coast. The Fisherman's Walk zig-zag path and lift connect directly to the sand. West along the seafront lies Boscombe Pier; east, Hengistbury Head rises with its dramatic cliffs and nature trails. Independent cafés, bars and restaurants cluster in Southbourne's town centre, a short walk away.

The apartment sleeps six across three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite shower. Two further bedrooms contain king-size beds (one can be split into singles on request), and a second bathroom with bath and shower serves the rest of the property. An open-plan living and dining space with fitted kitchen occupies the rest of the floor, with patio doors opening to one of the balconies. Underfloor heating, electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included. One parking permit comes with the property. No smoking is permitted.
