From here you can watch activity on the marina and look towards Brownsea Island, or step out to explore on foot.

The layout spreads across a living and dining room that opens to one balcony, a properly equipped kitchen with a separate utility space, and two bedrooms. The main bedroom has an en-suite; a further bathroom serves the second bedroom. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and electricity are included. The apartment is non-smoking.
