Licence to Chill

Licence to Chill suits families, groups of friends or couples wanting a low-key base near the water. The caravan sits on Rockley Park with partial views across inner Poole Harbour, and a short walk takes you to Rockley beach where kayaking, paddleboarding and other watersports are on offer, plus Ham Common nature reserve nearby. Everything is on one level: an open-plan living and dining space with a corner sofa and Freeview Smart TV, a fitted kitchen with gas cooker and full-size fridge, and three bedrooms—one double and two twin rooms with 2ft 6in beds. The shower room has a cubicle shower and heated towel rail. Outside, a decking area overlooks the immediate surroundings.

Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. Parking on site accommodates two cars, and your dog stays free. The holiday park has various facilities available to purchase separately—an indoor pool, seasonal outdoor pool, restaurants, amusement arcade and live entertainment—though these operate only from mid-March to early November. No smoking inside the caravan.
