Rooms are a little dated. Bed was comfy, plenty of tea/coffee. Water could have been a little warmer in shower but the reception was friendly and breakfast acceptable (could be great if mushrooms were fried and higher quality sausages used). Perfectly acceptable for what I needed. (Dropping daughter at uni).

Had a great stay here as the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring the seaside enroute to Bournemouth. A really pleasant experience overall.
