Excellent hotel with very nice and cosy and spacious rooms in old victorian style. Bathroom cleaned to high standards and beds made in top rated style with comfy tops. We couldn't ask for the price better. Highly recommend.

Honestly, the best little gem of a find. Owners so personable that it made the trip extra special. Lovely home cooked breakfast, nice quiet road, minutes from the beach, plenty of off road parking. Will definitely be booking again, this is now our go to stay if ever near the area 🫶 Thanks so much! E&J

I had a wonderful stay in this cozy and welcoming place. The landlady was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, including a kettle with teas and coffees, a television, and a comfortable bed, along with a clean shower and toilet. Breakfast, which was included in the price, was superb. I had mentioned beforehand that I am vegan, and she thoughtfully provided a wide variety of options to suit my diet. The location was also ideal—just a short walk to public transport and the O2 Academy Bournemouth.

We booked this instead of our usual hotels and so pleased we did. The owner was so lovely and friendly. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. The room was spacious, maybe just missing a high table/dresser with a mirror but it doesn’t take away from the score. We will definitely rebook when we visit our family down there.
