Poole Quay is a ten-minute walk away, and Baiter Park—with its public boat slipway—is closer still. This makes Turnstone a natural base if you want to sail, paddleboard, or simply spend time on the water. The town centre is equally accessible on foot, and you have two parking spaces on site plus garage storage, so a car is optional rather than necessary.

The house is arranged over two floors. Downstairs, an open-plan living and dining room flows onto a private patio through sliding doors, and the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, and all the rest. Upstairs are three bedrooms: a king-size with ensuite and balcony access; a second that can be a super king-size or two singles; and a third with a single bed. There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The property does not permit smoking.

Turnstone suits families and small groups who want to be near the water and within reach of shops and restaurants, without being in the thick of a busy seafront resort.
