We recently visited Bournemouth and stayed at this hotel. Very friendly staff, Jabeen in particular was very helpful and polite. The hot breakfast buffet was really nice with lot of options for kids as well. Overall pleasant experience if going with family. We could also got to see the fireworks from our room on friday night. 10 min walkable distance to the beach with easy access to town as well.

Good location on main road served by exceptional public transport links. Rooms up to date and clean. Modern surroundings throughout the hotel, nice atmosphere in the dining room, well laid giving a warm friendly feeling, not regiment in seating arrangement. Good breakfast with a good selection of options.

I recently stayed at Holiday inn Bournemouth while travelling for agency work over the weekend. After finishing my regular work shift, I came straight to Bournemouth and unfortunately forgot to bring some basic essentials. I noticed the sign in the barhroom saying that items such as toothbrushes and other bathroom necessities were available complimentary from Reception. However, when I asked for toothbrush and slippers, the staff were not willing to provide them, which was disappointing after a long day of work and travel. As someone arriving directly from work, I was hopong for a little more understanding and hospitality. The hotel itself was comfortable and the location was convenient, but this experience with Reception left me feeling let down. I hope the hotel can ensure that advertised complimentary items are made available consistently and that staff show show more empathy towards guests who may have forgotten essentials while travelling for work.

Good, clean hotel, everything works. Some nice human touches - we were offered a glass of water at reception while checking in, which is charming after a long journey. Bathrooms beginning to feel a little tired, shower heads a bit blocked, hence one star loss, but don't get me wrong, clean and sanitary anyway, perfectly nice. Location ideal for my needs, walking distance to beach and town. Parking easy and not overpriced.
