A surprisingly good little spot! Our room was spacious and refurbished and we can't fault access to an indoor pool at the price. Also, location is perfect distance from the beach. Cons - no AC and sauna doesn't get very hot - otherwise would give 5 stars! Great hotel on a budget, planning to visit again next time we're in Bournemouth.

Overall not too bad you get what you pay for. There was no AC in the room but the staff did bring us a fan (didn't help much). Beds and particually the pillows not very comfortable. The hot tub, pool and sauna were nice and usually very quiet.

A great location and friendly, professional staff. The rooms are being refurbished and are a little tired in the old part of the hotel. But it is a 3 star hotel not 5. For an inexpensive, friendly place to spend the night right by the beach and the centre of town it is perfect. If you are after 5 star luxury I recommend booking a much more expensive 5 star place. The hotel is not that but for affordable places to stay with clean sheets it's spot on.

Friendly staff and easy to book The rooms was getting renovated but still needs time to look good. Shower looks nice but no pressure. Decent size room and has tea and coffee and small fridge.
