Just spent three nights in our campervan at Channel View (Bank Holiday weekend May 2026). Grandchildren had the pitch next door in their tent. Had a fabulous time, greeted by Bobby & Jackie in reception. They are great hosts and can clearly see they work very hard to maintain the site. The toilets and washing up area are lovely and clean. Showers are perfect temperature and free. Watched the most beautiful sunset whilst here. Ideally situated away from the hustle and bustle of The Theme Park but still a walkable distance. A great site, we will be back.

Wonderful views and a huge sandy beach that's dog friendly all year around! Bobby was amazing and helped us pitch and level our caravan. Very friendly and helpful guy. It's a nice quiet site and toilets, showers and washing up area all kept very clean. Cafe, pub and takeaways walkable and ice-cream van on beach. Beautiful sunsets. The site does get very windy and the sand blows everywhere if you have a beachside pitch.

Great site, right on beach, reverse onto pitch, throw back doors open and lay in bed and watch the waves rolling in and out with the tides. Site facilities were very good, clean and well tended to. The wardens are very friendly, Bobby and his wife will do all they can to help. Would recommend 👌

We stumbled on this place by accident and what a lovely place , Jackie and Bobby couldn't do enough for us and others always running around making sure everyone is OK. Very friendly and welcoming. Thank you both. The site is well maintained great showers and toilets . Area to empty out chemical and grey waste . Right on the beach too love this place will definitely be back.
