Warren Farm Holiday Centre sits just back from Brean's vast sandy beach, offering families a well-equipped base with plenty to keep everyone entertained. The pitches are spacious and well-maintained, with electric hook-ups throughout, while shower and toilet blocks earn consistent praise for being spotlessly clean. Kids have bags to do – there's a playground, a petting area with friendly animals, and regular entertainment, plus the beach is close enough for quick trips to build sandcastles or let the dog stretch its legs.
On-site shops and restaurants mean you needn't venture far for supplies or meals, though some guests note prices can run a little high. Staff get plenty of mentions for being genuinely helpful and welcoming. WiFi keeps you connected, and dogs are welcome, making this a solid choice for families after a straightforward, activity-filled seaside break.

What visitors say
We stayed in field 5 in our campervan with the use of an en-suite private bathroom pod and storage which was a bit of a luxury and more camp sites should offer this facility. The reason we came home early was the complete lack of WIFI signal despite contacting the helpline. There really is NO signal. This site has the best and largest dog walking area of any site we have stayed at and the beach opposite was stunning - sandy with gentle waves and dog friendly all year round. We did not use the club house as no dogs allowed in but we did collect a pizza to take away which was good. It’s a big site - much bigger than we normally stay in but the en-suite pod was the attraction but without available WIFI we won’t be returning.

Absolutely wonderful site. Fantastic facilities that are cleaned throughout the day and lots of WC’s and showers! Plenty of sinks to wash up too! Location couldn’t be easier to get to and closer to the sea! Great for families and dogs. There’s plenty to do on site and the beachcomber is a 2 min walk away. Nesses fish and chips are tasty and handy shop on site as well as little arcade, animal paddock, playgrounds and fishing lake🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Amazing family campsite. We have stayed a few times now and love it more every time. Great facilities for all ages snd the hest part is that the park is safe and secure for the kids to explore. Wardens are always around cleaning up and keeping on top of everything and nothing is too much trouble. We always stay on field 5 and pitch by the park so we can keep an eye on the kids but all fields are well kept!

Spent a weekend in Warren Farm campsite in our campervan and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The pitches were excellent and plenty of choice (grass / hardstanding / dog friendly / dog free / etc). Shower block was spotless and plenty of cubicles / sinks etc. Some good walks inland and the (excellent) beach is just across the road. Lots for kids to do and very quiet at night. Shop on site with cafe too. Restaurant just beside main entrance. Only tiny remark is that there is very poor internet reception. However, there is free wifi at the reception / shop / restaurant or you can buy access by the day.
