Bumble Bee Farm is a detached barn conversion set back from the road on its own drive, offering complete privacy for groups of up to eight. The ground-floor layout centres on open-plan living, with a main lounge and dining space overlooking the garden, plus a second sitting room with sofas and games consoles—useful when one part of the group wants quiet while others socialise. Three bedrooms and one bathroom (with an additional separate toilet) provide sleeping arrangements that can flex: the largest bedroom has a king bed and extra sofa bed, while the other two contain double beds with additional sofa beds for children. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking from scratch, with an electric oven, induction hob, air fryer and slow cooker, alongside more everyday appliances. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels come as standard.

The garden is the property's real draw: a substantial lawn and patio wrap around the barn, furnished with seats and a barbecue, while the private six-person hot tub sits ready for evening use. The location is rural and quiet, yet close enough to Dereham for shops and restaurants. Horse owners can arrange stabling on request. The property does not permit smoking. Travel cots and highchairs are available if needed, and a welcome pack is provided on arrival.
