Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (you are welcome to bring your own bedding, please inform Sykes if you wish to do so). Ample off road parking. Shared lawn with furniture (this may be stored during periods of bad weather - so please ask the owner if you'd like it brought out). One well-behaved pet welcome - please be aware the owners dogs may also be present in the shared lawn area. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Please note: If you would like to charge an electric car at this property please make the owner aware of this on arrival, there will be a surcharge for this service, payable directly to the owner.
