Clinton Cottage

Clinton Cottage is a detached, single-storey property built on one level, making it straightforward to navigate. It holds one double bedroom and one bathroom, sleeping two people in a space that feels generously proportioned. The living room opens onto the garden through French doors, and the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave all present. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and electricity are included; the heating comes from oil-filled radiators and electric wall heaters.

An enclosed, lawned garden with seating area and furniture provides outdoor space, and there is private parking for two cars on site. The cottage does not permit smoking. Dereham sits within reach of Norwich, around 25 minutes away, where you'll find the Norman castle, museums and independent shops in the Lanes. The Norfolk Broads and coast—Wells-next-the-Sea, Cromer and Great Yarmouth—are under an hour's drive, as are various National Trust properties and stately homes scattered across the region.
