A shower room sits on the ground floor beside the living room, which has a fireplace and Smart TV.

The layout spreads across two floors. Downstairs is the living and cooking space; upstairs are three double bedrooms, one with an additional single bed too, giving seven sleeping spaces across the cottage. One bedroom is accessed through another, which is typical of properties with this age and character. The back garden has outdoor furniture and is enclosed, offering a private space to sit outside.

The cottage sits in a Norwich village with a pub within a mile and countryside footpaths starting from the doorstep. One well-behaved dog stays free. The property is yours alone for the duration of your stay, and smoking is not permitted inside.
