About Hilton London Syon Park
Syon Park's grounds are right on the doorstep of the Hilton London Syon Park, making walking routes through the gardens an easy option before or after a day out, while central London and Heathrow Airport are both within driving distance for sightseeing or a straightforward departure. Nearby paths suit cyclists and walkers alike, and the surrounding area has pubs, restaurants and other eateries within reach for evenings out.
The hotel has 137 rooms across three floors, including family and accessible options, all with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and room service. Rooms are generally spacious and well kept with comfortable beds, though some are a little dated in style. A restaurant, bar and snack bar cover meals on-site, with breakfast drawing particular praise for its range of choices, and kids' meals are available for younger guests.
Beyond the rooms, there's an indoor swimming pool, gym, spa and sauna, plus meeting rooms and business services for those combining work with the stay. The gardens themselves add to the sense of calm, and staff are consistently described as attentive and friendly. Free on-site parking, an electric vehicle charge point, and pet-friendly rooms round out the practical details.
What guests say
So, there’s no business center or executive lounge, so that’s not ideal, however there’s a couple of spaces in the lobby that you can work from. The rooms are dated, AC was struggling on a cooler day when we checked in (lucky it wasn’t as hot as last week) There’s unfortunately mould in the shower. However some of the staff do a great job making up for it the short comings. We reported the AC last night, Mao the front of house manager came up and scheduled AC maintenance for us which is due today (fingers crossed that solves it) Went to breakfast this am which was decent, and was greeted very nicely by Anna, had a really nice chat with her and was made to feel very welcome. The location is genuinely lovely in the park here, so ultimately it’s ok. Service is lovely from some staff for sure UPDATE on checking out. staff really do make the difference, overall my family and I had a lovely stay, Doreen on the front desk is very kind and helpful. Aiden in the bar was also excellent. We had a young waitress in the restaurant yesterday who was very nice and very attentive. The lack of business center and exec lounge and the slightly worn rooms are made up for by the staff for sure. Thanks guys we had a lovely stay

We stayed here recently hoping to be impressed by the Hilton name, but this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we've had. On arrival, the staff member checking us in seemed disengaged and disinterested, and barely explained any information about the hotel or our stay. When we reached our room, the keycard door lock wasn't working, and there was no sign warning us of this. It felt like an immediate security risk. The room itself was lovely and well presented, but let down by a string of maintenance issues: the bedside phone cord kept disconnecting whenever we tried to use it to contact room service, the TV remote had sticky, unresponsive buttons that made navigating the limited channels frustrating, and the HDMI ports on the TV didn't work at all. The bathroom's display monitor was also broken, and the bath plug didn't seal properly, so the water simply drained away rather than filling the tub. Room service staff were friendly once you actually got through to them, but that was often the problem. On several occasions, we waited over ten minutes just to get an answer. A request for coffee sachet replacements, confirmed verbally on the phone, either took two hours to arrive or required a follow-up call to chase it up. 24-hour room service on paper, yet for portions of the day, when we were contacting the room service, it appeared to be a skeleton crew, either understaffed or no one was answering. The food was average at best. Breakfast in the bar/restaurant area was genuinely good, and the hospitality staff there were excellent throughout. However, £22 for a small portion of curry, rice, and three small poppadoms felt overpriced, especially with no reasonably priced alternative on the menu, such as pasta. It's a simple, versatile ingredient that could easily support several dishes, and its absence from the menu was surprising. The gym was underwhelming, though again, the staff we encountered there were friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton London Syon Park. From the warm welcome at the front door to the smooth and professional check-in experience, everything was exceptional. A special thank you to Mr. Mao, Assistant Front Office Manager, for his kindness, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. The dinner was absolutely delicious with authentic, high-quality food, and the F&B team delivered excellent customer service throughout the evening. Today’s breakfast was also fantastic, with great service and a delicious Full English breakfast that we really enjoyed. Everyone made us feel truly welcomed and well looked after from start to finish. Thank you to the entire team at Hilton London Syon Park for such a wonderful experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel for both a relaxing getaway and special occasions.

I had a fantastic stay at Hilton London Syon Park and couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth, welcoming, and well-organised. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stylish rooms, great facilities, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it perfect for both relaxing and recharging. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Kevin at the front desk was absolutely brilliant—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay, and his warm attitude made a real difference. Overall, a truly excellent experience. I’ll definitely be returning and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality stay in London.
