The location suits anyone wanting to explore the gardens or nearby Chiswick, with public transport within easy reach for onward trips into central London.

The hotel has 141 rooms across four floors, all with en-suite bathrooms, and accessible rooms are available. A lift serves all floors, and there's 24 hour reception for flexible arrivals. On-site facilities include a restaurant and bar, with drinks available in the room, and breakfast is served with a good range of choices to start the day. Beyond the hotel, there are pubs, bars and restaurants nearby, along with a golf course and entertainment options for those looking to fill an evening. Staff are consistently noted as friendly and helpful, making practical matters like directions or local tips easy to sort out during a stay.

We had a great two nights here. The staff were helpful, friendly and full of smiles. We had the meal deal which was 100% the right thing to do as we were travelling with my 92 year old Dad. It took all the pressure off. We went to Kew gardens for the entire day, in the evening we walked along the Thames path. We visited Ham House and had a beautiful evening on Richmond by the Thames. The parking cost £15 for 24 hours. There are only two blue badge bays, but you can find a space in the rest of the car park. The hotel was easy to find- as was the car park. Our air conditioning worked and the bed was comfy. Good value.

Friendly helpful staff. Good food. Air conditioning was non existent. The heater unit didn't blow cold air and the windows only opened a fraction Lovely staff got us a fan thankfully. As mentioned Friendly local pubs and restaurants. Good location if going to kew gardens but it's a good trek of 35 minutes. Number 65 bus goes from close to hotel to Kew. A good hotel only let down by lack of air con

Stayed in Premier Plus double rooms, May '26. The rooms were in good condition, clean and well equipped. The bathrooms were fine, although some would find it difficult to get in and out of the bath which is required to have a shower. The full breakfast is second to none and unlimited! Service at the hotel is excellent with all staff being friendly and helpful. The location is easy to get to on public transport and no more than a fifteen minute bus ride from Kew Gardens, for example.

We stayed at the Kew Bridge Premier Inn for one night as part of a birthday celebration, with theatre and Kew Gardens in our itinerary. The welcome we had from Jesvil and his team was very warm and friendly. We arrived early and Jesvil stored our bags while we explored the local area. Pleasantly surprised with Brentford. The hotel would be a good location for people walking the Thames path. The room was very spacious, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was plentiful, and hot and replenished frequently rather than left drying out under the warming lights. The coffee beans used in the machines made a good strong cup of coffee.
